I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate supervised by Awa Jangha, Ph.D, LPC-S, ATR-BC. I received my Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of West Alabama.

I have worked in a variety of settings including residential treatment, child development centers, psychiatric research, child welfare, PHP/IOP, and group private practice. My experience has given me the opputunity to work with clients, adolecents and adults, who are learning how to work with symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD/C-PTSD, substance abuse, DID, BPD, and complex trauma.

I beleive in having a holistic approach to therapy.I am confident that including the mind, body, and spirit will produce optimal results and strengthen you as a whole. As my client, I want you to feel empowered and confident in your abilitity to gain control of yout life.
